Order Cancellation

A 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund to cover processing costs.
We cannot cancel orders once they have shipped.
Product Returns & Refunds
We accept returns for damaged products only. We cannot accept returns for undamaged products or products where the correct item was delivered.
To initiate a return for a damaged product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. You will need to provide photos of the damage and your order number.
Once we receive your request and verify the damage, we will issue a full refund, including the original shipping charges.
You are not responsible for the cost of return shipping for damaged products.
